Banana Boats

	1 banana per person Miniature marshmellows Chocolate chips
	Peel back a section of the banana and cut a wedge shaped section. Remove the wedge. Place marshmallows and chocolate chips in the wedge. Cover with peeled back banana skin. Wrap in foil: place in coals until the chocolate and marshmallows melt, about 5 minutes.
