I totally LOVED the Scouting Museum. I took me back to when I was a Girl Scout. I was showing my older daughter, a Cadette, the Brownie sash with the wedge badges on the front with the Brownie Elf. My sister-in-law gave me a very special gift the other day, it was a junior vest that belonged to my mother-in-law, who was a girl scout in the 40's. I was so touched to see this and show it to both of my daughters, a Daisy and Cadette.

The gUrl Fest event was VERY well organized! Veronica and Stephen loved the Titanic foil boat challenge (Veronica's boat held 31 marbles!), and the Robotics, Atomic Testing Museum, and the Astronomy activities were really cool! The opportunity to record a commercial spot was awesome, and there were definitely tons of things to do. The Scouting Museum was neat, with its uniforms and dolls of the past. The petting zoo and race cars were nice too.

Went to GuRL fest today and it was really AWESOME!! Alot of fun and interesting things to see. I had alot of parents come up to me and ask me and my daughter what we thought of girl scouts and what kinds of things we do. I was very suprised to see all those faces registering to become girl scouts, WOO!! HOO!!
